We have colleagues re-training into new professions by working towards degrees alongside their jobs. We have apprenticeships, leadership and coaching qualifications, colleagues studying towards Masters and Charterships. We train drivers, plumbers, electricians and builders. We also run many shorter courses providing upskilling for our people such as bitesize learning, as well as offering more than 50 online elearning courses.
