Authority Monitoring Report

The AMR is produced annually and identifies the progress made on the production of policy documents and implementing Local Plan policies.

The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) is a legislative requirement under Regulation 34 of the Town and County Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2012.

The AMR has two main purposes:

•    To review progress with the production of Local Development Documents

•    To monitor the effectiveness of policies set out in Local Development Documents
