Civil Enforcement Officers patrol car parks regularly to ensure customers have paid the correct fee. They will issue fines called Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) to vehicles parked in contravention of the parking order.

Appeal a Penalty Charge Notice
If you believe a parking fine has been issued incorrectly, you may appeal by following the instructions on the reverse of the penalty charge notice.
