SKDC Season Ticket Operating Conditions/FAQs
What this ticket does for you:
- Unlimited access during car park opening times; you can enter and exit the car park as many times as you like while your ticket is valid but vehicles must be parked within the lined bays and a space is not guaranteed.

How much does a season ticket cost?
There is also a small convenience fee when booking through RingGo, details on the RingGo site.
What car parks offer a season ticket option?
- Grantham - Welham Street Levels 3-6 only
- Stamford - Cattle Market and Wharf road
Your Grantham season ticket will be valid in Welham Street and your Stamford season ticket in Wharf Road and Cattle Market in Stamford. You can't use it at any of our other car parks.
How many Vehicle registrations can be included on the season ticket?
You can include only 1 vehicle registration but should you wish to alter the registration you can do this online with RingGo but this must be completed prior to parking to avoid receiving a Penalty Charge Notice.
How do I purchase season ticket?
Please purchase through RingGo using the link on our website.
You will be required to set up an online account to include your personal data.
Are there any discounts?

If I purchase a season ticket online will this be automatically renewed at the end of the period?
No, we are not currently automatically renewing. You will need to renew your season ticket through RingGo.
Are the Season Tickets refundable?
We do not offer either whole or part refunds for any Season Tickets purchased.
If I have a season ticket, do I have to park somewhere specific in the car park?
When purchasing season ticket online you are not allocated a specific parking space. On arrival, you select any available parking space that is not marked for blue badge holder. We cannot guarantee a parking space.
Are there any vehicle height restrictions in the car parks?
All our pay and display car parks have height restriction barriers in place If you think your vehicle might be a problem, please check the car park details on our website or email us before you book on carparks@southkesteven.gov.uk
How do I know that my order has been placed?
Once you've finished the booking process, you'll receive confirmation from RingGo.
