Essential site improvement work means that Bourne Leisure Centre swimming pool will undergo four short temporary closures during the summer.
There will be no impact to the gym, studio or sports hall.
The pool will be closed to the public from 8am-3.30pm on weekdays 12th-16th August; 19th-23rd August; 27th-30th August and 2nd-4th September – it will, however, be open from 6am-8am and again from 4pm onwards on weekdays and for the whole of each weekend.
Alternative facilities are available at both Stamford Leisure Pool and Grantham Meres Leisure Centre for customers to use during the closure periods – please contact the centres for details.
A spokesperson for LeisureSK Ltd said: “We apologise for any inconvenience during this summer holiday period, but this is essential work to repair roof coverings and install new roof lights.
“The closure periods are to protect the public while work is carried out and we look forward to opening all our facilities again when work is complete.”
