More than 100 nominations have been received for this year's South Kesteven District Council SK Community Awards.
Nominations have now closed, with a panel of judges meeting in September to decide shortlists across all categories to attend a final awards celebration in October to announce the winners.
The biggest tally of nominations is for the Health and Wellbeing Award, closely followed by suggestions for the Lifetime Champion Award.
Other categories are Inspirational Young Person, Business and the Community, Community in Bloom, Urban Space and The Neil Smith Beyond the Call of Duty Award.
Cllr Rhea Rayside, SKDC Cabinet Member for People and Communities, will be part of the judging panel, alongside fellow elected members and community representatives. She said:
"The depth and variety of nominations is absolutely amazing, highlighting people and organisations deserving of a spotlight and yet who otherwise might not be recognised.
"The celebration event in October promises to be a great evening, and we look forward to sharing stories of the most amazing people. I feel proud to be part of these awards."
