We have worked in partnership with DASH (Decent and safe Homes) Services since 2005 and the landlord accreditation (formally known as EMLAS) is a region-wide scheme that encourages and rewards good property standards and management practice in the private rented sector.
Membership normally costs £99, however landlords in South Kesteven are able to join FREE of charge and membership will last 3 years.
Who can join?
The scheme is voluntary and open to any residential landlord in the East Midlands Region.

How do you apply?
In order to become a DASH Accredited Landlord for FREE:
1. Complete the online application form
2. Be confirmed as a suitable Landlord
3. Complete the Landlord Development course
4. Pass a property health check
5. Commit to the Code of Conduct
