We are now accepting new applications for social housing via our new online portal called SK Home Choice.
Please follow these instructions to make an application:

Visit the new SK Home Choice website at www.skhomechoice.org.uk

Create a new customer account.

Create your profile.

Complete the pre assessment questionnaire.

Continue to complete your family and address details.

Complete and submit a full housing register application.
Once your new application has been submitted, you will be prompted to upload supporting evidence. Failure to provide this evidence will result in your application being cancelled.
Your application will be assessed in line with our allocations policy and you will be notified of your assessment outcome via an email prompt which will advise you to log back into your customer account. A copy of our housing allocations policy can be found here
