Our operatives will be using equipment that requires space and ventilation, which could potentially be a hazard.
We will take every precaution in keeping the risk to a minimum and keep you fully informed at all times.
The work may, unfortunately, cause some short-term disruption but we shall take every care in reducing this disruption to a minimum.
In order for works to be started at the address as quickly and efficiently as possible please read the following points:
• Ensure safe and clear access to the affected areas and windows
• Ensure any clutter or possessions are cleared from the floor and immediate areas
• Remove any curtains, blinds or ornaments from the windows if required
• Move any furniture, in order for the works to be carried out
• Ensure no one is present in the rooms whilst works are carried out
• Ensure all pets are removed from the rooms
• Remove or protect all sentimental items or valuables due to possible damage
• Notify us of any respiratory or medical needs prior to our attendance
• Always ensure that a person over the age of 18 remains on the premises
• Do not refuse our operatives access to the premises
• Honour the appointment times, if there is a need to change the appointment, please contact us as soon as possible
• Read any advice or leaflets provided, this will assist in the control and self-management of the issues reported
• Loft or attic spaces need to be cleared of any possessions for internal or external roof works to be carried out
• Ensure access is available to the gardens areas if required
• Ensure pets are secured if required to do so
• Ensure any dog or animal mess is fully cleared from all areas
