- We are Undefeatable is about celebrating moving more when living with long term health conditions, no matter how big or small those movements might seem. We Are Undefeatable want to showcase the many ways people with long term health conditions get active in ways that work for them and inspire more people to do so.
- We Are Undefeatable is a campaign developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England. This campaign brings together health and social care charities across the UK who support people living with:
- Arthritis and Musculoskeletal conditions
- Long-term limiting mobility conditions
- Alzheimer's
- Asthma
- Back pain
- Cancer
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/ Lung Condition
- Dementia
- Heart Disease
- Stroke
- Hypertension (or other heart related condition)
- Long-term depression or anxiety
- Multiple sclerosis
- Parkinson's
- Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
