As part of our ongoing commitment to healthy and thriving communities here in South Kesteven, we’re asking for your feedback about your fitness levels and the access and provision to physical activity within the District.

The survey will help to provide a clearer image of attitudes towards physical activity and active leisure. It will help us to ensure services meet the needs of all residents and provide opportunities for residents to lead active lives.
The survey covers current activity levels, what residents would like to do more of and how this might look, how much you know about leisure opportunities near you and much more.
